OrderWise is a complete business management solution, which means we not only develop and sell our software but also organise the project management, training, installation and support of each system to our customers as well. As the manufacturer, we are able to fully configure and tailor each OrderWise software system to the requirements of the business who will be using it. There is absolutely no right or wrong way to use OrderWise and our Project Teams will spend time analysing each business to ensure that the best solution for that company is always delivered to them.

A Fully Managed Implementation Process With Every Solution
However our OrderWise Project Teams will not only show you the best way for you to use our software, they will also set up your data, train you on OrderWise and be there to assist throughout the entire go live process. Each standard OrderWise implementation is conducted in five stages:
1 – Handover – A structured internal hand over of your OrderWise solution between the Senior Business Consultant with which you would have been dealing and the person who will be your OrderWise Project Manager going forward.
2 – Implementation – The needs, aims and objectives of the business will be reconfirmed, ensuring that the installation of OrderWise is planned to achieve those goals within the agreed timescales. Appropriate training dates will also be arranged to fit in with any current commitments – such as staff holidays or busy trading periods.
3 – Data Transfer – An OrderWise Coordinator will import your current data and turn it into an OrderWise data set. Once your data has been imported into OrderWise, your Project Manager will configure the OrderWise system and tailor it to your business needs.
4 – Training – An OrderWise Trainer will arrange the training schedule and the areas of the system that need to be covered. When we train new clients, we only a train a single company at a time, so your staff will receive personalised training using your own business data. This ensures the training is specific to your business, reflecting your actual processes and leading to high relevancy retention amongst attendees.
5 – Go Live – Working closely with your assigned Project Manager, a date best suited for your company to go live with OrderWise will be determined. Following the structured implementation and training program, everything will be in place for you to experience a smooth switch over to OrderWise.
Although every OrderWise solution is supplied inclusive of Project Management, Implementation, Training & Support we understand that the level of assistance required can vary depending on the size of business, existing staff skills, complexity of solution and scope of project. Our experienced Senior Business Consultants will be able to advise on the most suitable level of implementation and project assistance required.
