October 2019 Newsletter Out Now
Each month we release a new version of our software, adding new features to help our users further increase the accuracy, efficiency and productivity of their daily business processes.
This October’s highlights include a new tool to manage on hold grace periods within our Accounts module, even more customer pricing flexibility, and functionality to accurately manage purchasing demand across multiple locations.
We also have feature articles on how Lush, Next and Hotel Chocolat are avoiding the high street closure trend and how businesses can prepare for the upcoming winter rush.
Protect Client Relationships With New Grace Period
Businesses may often allow their customers a short grace period following invoice due dates, so that positive relationships with high value clients are maintained. To help OrderWise Accounts users manage this effectively, a new feature has been added to enable users to manage customer-specific grace periods before their account is placed on hold.
More Pricing Options With Multiple Discount Groups
With OrderWise, businesses can already benefit from comprehensive pricing functionality that enables them to manage price lists, quantity breaks, multisaver discounts and more. Now adding even greater flexibility to how discount pricing can be managed in OrderWise, this month sees the ability to assign multiple discount lines to customer and variant records.
Photo Capture Arrives To Our Proof Of Delivery Mobile App
When it comes to obtaining proof of delivery, there can be occasions where drivers may need to record photos to go alongside any digital signature. Providing the ability to do this, a new enhancement has been added to OrderWise POD this month to enable users to take pictures through their device’s native camera and record these within OrderWise.
Purchase To Meet Demand For Multiple Locations
Without considering stock capacity when buying for multiple locations, businesses may find themselves dealing with over/under stocking issues. To prevent this, an enhancement has been made to our To Purchase Report that allows min/max stock quantities from additional demand locations to now be included when calculating stock requirements.
