New Report Provides Quick Mobile Device Login

ReportingOne of the most popular elements of the OrderWise solution is our Mobile WMS Devices, which are Wi-Fi and 3G enabled PDA barcode scanners that come complete with a comprehensive suite of mobile software. With real-time data able to be wirelessly transferred back to the main OrderWise system, users are able to use these devices to manage a wide range of common warehouse tasks in the most accurate and efficient manner possible. The tasks that users are able to complete on these devices include picking, shipping, goods in, stock takes, put away, replenishments, adjustments, manufacturing processes and much, much more. You can read more about these revolutionary devices HERE.

Now to aid users of these devices, a brand new report has been added in version 10.11 of OrderWise to help make logging in and out of these devices an even more streamlined process.

Clock In BarcodeMobile Device User Barcode Report

This new standard report has been added to show a user’s mobile device PIN in the form of a barcode. This enables users to simply scan the barcode in order to log into their mobile device, removing the need to manually type in their PIN each time. By using this report, mobile device users can benefit from a much more seamless and efficient method of clocking in and out each day.

With this new addition, a total of 203 standard reports are now available within OrderWise. By using the OrderWise Reports Wizard or the in-house OrderWise Reports and Layouts team for the creation of more complicated reports, users can always be sure that their specific requirements are reached.
