Microsoft support for Windows XP ended on the 8th April 2014 and as of the 31st December 2015, OrderWise will also discontinue support for this operating system. This means that any issue deemed to be caused by the Windows XP operating system will not be supported by OrderWise as of the 31st December 2015.
Although OrderWise will continue to support Windows XP users with a vaild support contract on any OrderWise software related issues, our Remote Support platform LogMeIn are also ending support for Windows XP on 1st January 2016. This means that as LogMeIn cannot guarantee the functionality or performance of their platform on machines running Windows XP after the 1st January 2016, the OrderWise Support team will not be able to provide remote access support to customers using Windows XP after this date.
Therefore we recommend OrderWise customers still using Windows XP consider upgrading to an OrderWise supported operating system. OrderWise currently supports and is compatible with:
- Windows Vista
- Windows 7
- Windows 8
- Windows 10
