New Reports and KPI Dashboard Elements in v9.6 of OrderWise

OrderWise Reporting Module

As always the OrderWise Reports and Layouts team have been working hard to bring new analytical reports to customers to help them interpret their business data. This month the team have added the first two standard Returns Module reports as well as updating the previously existing Invoiced but Not Despatched standard report.


Update to Invoiced But Not Despatched Report

An essential report for companies using the invoice before despatch functionality to provide easy management and visibility of outstanding orders.  This has been updated to allow users to select their date range and run the report historically.

New Outstanding Customer Returns

This report shows all outstanding returns for the selected stock locations by customer, with return reason, status, actions and outstanding quantities.

These two initial reports provide users with vital data on their exposure to refunds, replacements and credits, as well as helping to identify potential replacement stock requirements, if customers need to return stock and even to spot product quality issues early.

These reports are just two of the 123 standard reports that are currently available within OrderWise, with more standard reports added each month. Coupled with these standard reports is the OrderWise Reports Wizard as well as our in-house Reports and Layouts team, so you can always be sure to meet your specific reporting requirements.

In addition to the new and updated reports, several new KPI dashboards have also been introduced:

Number of Sales Orders By Status Over Selected Date Range

Number of Sales Order Lines By Status Over Selected Date Range

To coincide with the new Pick Rules functionality, The Picking Performance Summary dashboard element has also been added to the Despatch dashboard. Based on the amount of time taken to complete each pick, this element will show the following:

Hourly average orders

Hourly average items

Hourly average lines

Hourly average weight

This invaluable module, with the new additions taking the total number of elements available to 468, promotes a more proactive approach within the business, prioritising tasks which will help maximise productivity, reduce costs, improve warehouse efficiency and increase customer service.
