Replicating functionality that is already available within the OrderWise Sales Module, in version 10.3 of OrderWise, a customer dashboard button has now been added to the CRM Customer List. This allows users quick and easy access to customer data that’s easy to interpret, regardless of whether sales staff are using CRM or Sales as their first point of entry. When this button is pressed, the customer dashboard will launch as if it was opened from within the customer list within Sales, including the option for single instance customer dashboards which you can read more about HERE.
With this simple but useful new addition to OrderWise CRM, users can benefit from one-click access to statistics when managing customer sales opportunities, allowing all staff to be able to quickly view key information that will help them to ensure sales are maximised.
