Access OrderWise CRM From Your Emails With Outlook Integration – With the new OrderWise CRM being launched last month, version 18.3 of OrderWise sees several new features added to enhance the usability and effectiveness of our powerful customer relationship and sales pipeline management tool, including Outlook Integration to allow users to access OrderWise CRM direct from their emails.

Focus On The Most Interested Leads With New Activity Scoring Feature – Adding to the recently added recency, frequency, monetary (RFM) scoring tool, the latest release of OrderWise sees new activity scoring functionality added. This enables businesses to concentrate their sales and marketing efforts on those prospects displaying the most interest. With CRM activities and quotes assigned user-defined and weighted scores, this new feature can be customised to work how you need it.

Capture More Sales Than Ever Before With The Latest Trade Portal Enhancements – The OrderWise Trade Portal has already seen valuable enhancements made to the dynamic B2B platform and they continue this month with the addition of functionality to notify staff of abandoned baskets and integration to the popular PayPal payment gateway.

Speed Up Your Returns Handling With OrderWise Mobile WMS Devices – Building upon last month’s enhancement to book returned items into stock on our Mobile WMS Devices, this month sees further valuable functionality added that gives users the ability to create both linked and unlinked returns directly on these devices now too, improving both the speed and handling of returned goods.
