Mobile App Feature Allows Customer Reports To Be Viewed Anywhere – The flexibility to retrieve the same data is significantly decreased when on the road which means service levels can drop with staff not having the right information at the right time. Solving this, OrderWise’s new app feature allows users to run the customer summary report and store it locally so it is accessible when offline.
Improve Visibility Of Estimated Stock Value Across Multiple Stores – When dealing with multiple physical shops, businesses will often transfer stock to multiple store locations, and it is essential they know the value of this stock. With new columns in the to transfer report, OrderWise now allows companies to further increase the visibility of their stock value.
Access BI Alerts Across The Board With Improved Visibility In OrderWise Grids – Many businesses want to actively watch all aspects of day-to-day operations, which can be a near impossible task with finding time to manually report on all happenings. With OrderWise’s invaluable BI Alerts module, companies are now able to view all outstanding alerts against a specific record in various grids across OrderWise
Multiple New Features To Assist With GDPR Compliance – Since GDPR came into effect, it is more important than ever to ensure the correct procedures are in place to follow the new regulations. Version 18.6 sees multiple new features introduced to help our clients with their compliancy including new consent data fields within Customer Contact forms. Plus additions to the Trade Portal which enables users to easily redact customer details when required.
Does Your Accounts System Comply With MTD For VAT? – Making Tax Digital (MTD) for VAT is scheduled to start in April 2019 which means that your VAT information needs to be submitted to HMRC digitally. Whilst the plan signals the end of paper accounting for millions across Britain, this brings up new challenges to your accounting operations for those who do not already have compliant software in place.
OrderWise Win Big At The Lincolnshire Tech & Innovation Awards – This month, we have been truly humbled with not one, but two coveted awards following an exciting evening at the Lincs Tech & Innovation Awards 2018. With such a high level of competition, it was a great feeling to hear OrderWise named Business of the Year for 2018! However, it wasn’t the only recognition of the night as our very own MD, David Hallam, also scooped Business Person of the Year!
OrderWise MD Raises Over £320 For World Land Trust With Homemade Honey! – This spring has seen our very own Managing Director, David Hallam, produce his first crop of honey from his bee hives here in Saxilby. Having been on sale in the aptly named staff cafe, The Hive, the jars of honey have created quite the BUZZ amongst employees, selling around 80 jars for an impressive total of over £320! A great contribution to go towards the World Land Trust.
