The new developments featured in this month’s newsletter are:
Maximise Profit Margins With Supplier Price Request – Businesses may take orders for products which they don’t physically hold in stock, instead purchasing from a supplier at the point of sale. Manually contacting supplier for a price request can slow this process and therefore result in poor customer service. In version 18.7, the functionality now automates price requests when determining the most suitable supplier for a sales order.
Manage Payment On Delivery Orders With New Mobile App Feature – Ideal for on-the-go trading, the OrderWise Mobile App this month sees two brand new functionalities to the application ensure payment handling is always processed correctly. With new capability to record historical payments and a new feature that allows PDF receipts to be produced, businesses can maintain a high level of customer service and drive profitability.
New Courier Integration With CCL – For businesses despatching multiple deliveries via a number of courier services, it can be increasingly difficult to collate details and recount order information. OrderWise already links with over 40 popular couriers providing an effective and accurate solution to this process, and this month’s release sees another new integration with CCL to add to this ever growing list, as well as exciting development to the existing UK Mail integration.
Increased Visibility With New Pack Scan Feature – Businesses of all sizes are constantly striving to ensure streamlined processes are maintained and orders are quickly fulfilled. Lack of visibility causes a range of issues within despatch especially when special instructions are not provided to packing staff. To improve this, OrderWise has further enhanced the functionality in the pack scan stage of despatch.
Meet Customer Demand Through Visibility Of Supplier Stock Quantities – For businesses operating in one or multiple stores, challenges can arise during peak seasons when stock levels for popular items are running low. To aid this, OrderWise Store EPOS users can now find out the exact stock quantity available from their suppliers straight from the EPOS till.
Customise Your User Experience With Refined CRM Progression – Without a high level of personalisation within your CRM Software, businesses cannot tailor user experience to give greater control over information displayed for each individual or team. OrderWise CRM provides a complete workflow management tool and central hub for all customer interactions to match the needs of each role or department. Adding to the valuable benefits of this fully integrated solution, version 18.7 of OrderWise sees multiple new features introduced to further focus how staff are using the CRM module.
Effortlessly Act Upon Alerts Faster With New BI Feature – Sales reps selling on the road need access to valuable information in order to successfully close sales and provide a good customer service. With the inability to find time to delve into customer records due to hectic schedules and travelling, OrderWise has brought a new feature to BI Alerts, which allows users to have instant visibility of up-to-the-minute happenings.
