Employee of the Month has been a regular fixture here at OrderWise for a while now, however this September we have added a brand new monthly award to go along with it, designed to reward the hard work of members of our Support Department.
This new award is the Support Star of the Month, which will be presented to one person each month in recognition of their outstanding contribution to both OrderWise and the Support Team. The winner of this award will be decided by the Support Team Leaders, who will meet to discuss and decide which employee deserves the accolade each month.
The inaugural winner of the Support Star of the Month has been named and the first recipient of this trophy is Sam Dobson from our 2nd Line Support team. The Team Leaders agreed that Sam was a star, frequently coming in early and leaving late during most of August to make sure the OrderWise Cloud maintenance and set-up were completed without having to disrupt our client’s working day. Sam was also quick to drop everything to help out his colleagues and OrderWise users with any issue they may have without needing to be asked, something that he will continually do on a regular basis.
However, such was Sam’s commitment to OrderWise over the course of August, he also received two nominations from his colleagues for the Employee of the Month award too. This was enough to win him the regular monthly title, making Sam a well-deserved double OrderWise award winner.
So on behalf of everyone, a big congratulations to Sam on becoming the first-ever OrderWise Support Star and also the August Employee of the Month. Well Done!
