January 2016 isn’t just a monumental month because it marks the start of a brand new year, but also for the fact that it is the month where OrderWise turns 25 years old. Way back in 1991, current Managing Director David Hallam founded The Solutions Group, a company set up to provide businesses with the specialist software they need to manage their operations effectively on a daily basis. The Solutions Group eventually evolved into Wise Software UK and now today, that company supplies comprehensive Business Management Software to almost 1000 businesses across the UK & Ireland and employs over 100 members of staff from their purpose-built facility in Saxilby.
Over the course of the last 25 years, the software offered by OrderWise has been on a constant evolution, with the capabilities of our software expanded over time to further meet the requirements of our diverse customer base. Additionally our services have developed too, with the implementation and support techniques we use today forged out of years of experience and growing expertise in successfully delivering dedicated software solutions to the satisfaction of our customers. This product growth is what has helped OrderWise become the established, well-connected company staffed by remarkable people that it is today.
Reaching 25 years is a huge milestone of which we at OrderWise are immensely proud and we will no doubt be celebrating this achievement all year long. Here’s to the future of OrderWise and the next 25 years!
