Maintain Picking Efficiency With New Stock Consolidation Module – For businesses operating in warehouses of any size, it can be common to end up storing stock of the same item across multiple bins. If large quantities are ordered, pickers then end up needing to collect stock from multiple bins rather than just one location. To stop this and reduce travel time for pickers, we have added a new module that enables stock to be merged back into one bin.
Boost Visibility & Efficiency With Multiple CRM Additions – Further enriching the functionality of the module, we have welcomed several new features to OrderWise CRM this month that will further help towards managing key customer interactions and maximising sales potential. This includes the ability to set up card templates for your tracks and mass open new CRM records on the back of new BI Alerts.
Accurate Pricing For Items Sold By Weight With New Weighing Scales Integration – In many cash and carry environments, it is not uncommon for food items such as fresh fruit and meat to be sold by weight. Therefore to enable users to ensure fast, accurate processing of these items at the till point, weighing scales integration has now been added to our Store EPOS system.
Automatic Email & SMS Updates With Customer Alerts – An exciting new Customer Alerts module has arrived to OrderWise this month, giving users the ability to automatically send updates to customers. This great new functionality allows users to automatically send an email or SMS message to their customers based on various in-system triggers, such as order placed, shipped or ready for collection.
Gain Accurate Stock Control Of Your Packing Materials – In high volume despatch environments, packaging materials used to ship goods can often become depleted faster than best-selling products. Therefore to enable effective stock management of packaging materials, a new feature in version 18.8 of OrderWise now enables purchasing and booking in activities to be handled the same way as any other stock item.
Meet Regulations & Improve Quality Control With New BOM Approval Workflow – For manufacturing businesses, it is often important to have procedures in place to carefully review revisions in order to maintain quality and control, especially in regulated industries. Therefore this month, new functionality has been added for a new Bill of Materials (BOM) approval workflow, which allows users to view and manage the checking of product BOMs prior to these items being built.
New Courier Integration With CSM Logistics – OrderWise already integrates with over 40 existing couriers to ensure accurate delivery for your business through the automatic transfer of delivery details to your couriers for a streamlined despatch. Existing integrations include links to Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx and Parcelforce. Now this month sees a brand new integration introduced for CSM Logistics.
