Save Time With Enhanced Overdue Account Management – The latest version of OrderWise sees a valuable new feature added which allows businesses to automatically generate credit control letters via scheduled service functionality, saving time and streamlining the management of overdue accounts.
Quantity Charts Now Added For Enhanced Business Intelligence Analysis – Having the right insight into business data is crucial, and businesses need flexibility as to how they view and analyse all aspects of business operations. OrderWise Business Intelligence provides this flexibility and this month sees new BI charts added which allow for customer, product and variant sales data to be viewed in terms of quantity.
Deliver Swift Point Of Sale Service To Trade Account Customers – With point of sale operations needing to be as efficient as possible, this month sees new functionality added to our Store EPOS system that allows for customer barcoded ‘trade cards’ to be scanned for easy user access to a customer’s account details, meaning transactions can be promptly processed.
Enhance Your B2B Customer Experience With New Store Locator Feature – Building on the range of functionality available for B2B customers with an OrderWise Trade Portal, the latest OrderWise release sees the addition of a valuable store locator feature. This new feature can help optimise the use of staff time and resources whilst helping to deliver excellent service to your business customers.

Another Staff Member Reaches The 10 Years Of Service Milestone! – This month Steve Blyth from our Project Management Department has reached 10 years of service with OrderWise. Steve has progressed through the business from our Technical Support Department and has won staff awards along the way for his professionalism and commitment.
