If you run your own business, you'll know that the two groups of people most integral to its success are your customers and your employees. Maintaining up-to-the-minute awareness of the status of both parties whilst retaining a tight hold over your organisation is no small feat; but thanks to OrderWise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) you can feel assured of a highly productive staff providing a first-rate service to a more-than-happy customer base.
If you've ever grown tired of hearing “I'm sure the sale will be complete tomorrow” or “it's pretty much in the bag” from members of your sales team, then OrderWise CRM may be exactly what you need; keeping you in the loop with regards to what your team is doing and, perhaps more importantly, when. OrderWise CRM gives you the facts, not what you “want” to hear.
The fully-featured OrderWise CRM module allows users to input the details of prospective clients, or 'opportunities', and then arrange certain tasks, or 'activities', which must be completed to ensure this new customer gets the best possible service. Activities are then categorised into two types – major (for example, visiting a prospective client to demo your product) and minor (such as the initial contact call). Whichever member of your team is assigned to each activity must then promptly complete it – if this isn't done in time, OrderWise will mark the activity as late, and it will be visible to the team member and you – meaning you'll always know who your most organised and productive sales people are.
OrderWise CRM features an innovative 'milestone' system which feeds each of your sales people's performance information into a graphical representation of their personal sales pipeline (in the form of a pie chart). Quite simply, milestone tracks are the various stages of the sale process – the first would be the initial contact, the second may be a brochure being sent out, and so on. Depending on which milestone the new prospect is at, the sales pipeline is affected – the percentage chance that a sale will be made increases – visible via the pie chart within the CRM module.
OrderWise CRM is not designed only for sales teams, though. Via the dedicated Service side of OrderWise CRM, any number of departments within your company can benefit from the degree of organisation provided by this robust and multi-faceted module – with each one operating in parallel with the others as customer and sale information is distributed and shared on a company-wide basis. Better yet, this is also means that your customers will always receive a very personal service – the moment their call is answered the user can simply locate their CRM record and have all necessary information right there in front of them. Users can even attach documents or other files to CRM records – such as quotations or contracts.
Thanks to the convenient dashboard system, users are able to find detailed information about where (and how) the majority of their business is sourced – putting you a step ahead when planning your future sales strategy. As the administrator of the CRM module, you are able to monitor almost all aspects of your business process – for example, a Managing Director would be able to check on the progress and productivity of the company as a whole, a single department, or one individual in particular. OrderWise CRM gives you the power to be one hundred percent up-to-date, one hundred percent of the time, ensuring customer service targets are met.
