Anti-Virus Exclusions

Over time I have had several customers that have experienced issues with OrderWise going a little slow. After running over a few basic checks it was often found that the OrderWise files had not been excluded from the anti-virus. This can cause things to slow down, so we would advise our customers to add the following types to the exclusion in their anti-virus software.

• DBF
• DBC
• DCT
• DCX
• CDX
• FPT
• FRX
• FRT
