Support

As OrderWise represents the business software foundation to any company, it's crucial you have support services that you can rely on to back your business up. After all, this is the system that the whole company will be using!

At Wise Software we employ 8 dedicated OrderWise Support Technicians, ready to take your call and provide support from 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (Bank Holidays excluded).

Initially, it may not seem that our support services are hugely important; however many of our customers have been surprised at how crucial they can be to ensure the smooth running of their company.

Some businesses don't think about having appropriate support in place until it's too late. For example, one significant category of new business for us is those clients who have purchased a bespoke or very inexpensive system, then later found that only one or two people from the supplier are able to provide support for it. Unfortunately for them, this information only presented itself once they really needed help – when their entire business system was down. In some cases the only person that could help them had gone on holiday or even left the company! In other cases, the person was with another client and was too busy to take the call.

It is true that we charge for our Support Contracts; however when you consider the fact that each contract gives you access not only to this resource, but also includes upgrades of OrderWise as well, you'll see that they represent excellent value for money. More importantly though, investing in an OrderWise Support Contract will provide you with outstanding peace of mind.
