- Support for back to back ordering meaning products for a specific order can be purchased just for that order
- Support for 'direct deliveries' meaning sales orders can be placed for products and corresponding purchase orders raised to suppliers to ship these goods direct to your customer
- Support for multiple currencies - buy in one currency and sell in other currencies. Also link other suppliers to a purchase order for freight, shipping and duty which all can have their own currencies
- Store supplier prices and alternative supplier prices, making sure you purchase at the right price
- User customisable fields for specific data capture enabling special comments and other data vital to the success of the order to be stored and communicated to the supplier
- Control the true landed costs of products by letting OrderWise absorb shipping, freight forwarding and duty costs into the products on the purchase order

- Provides exact control of what has/has not been received
- Complete audit trail of receipts
- Quarantine suspect goods as they arrive and isolate them from normal stock. Quarantined stock is ring fenced and visible to other OrderWise users but not available for shipping until it has been removed from quarantine
- Bar code compatible. Goods being received can have their bar codes scanned en mass and then once the goods in process has been completed the goods received can be linked to their respective purchase orders for completeness
- Business Reporting
- OrderWise has many standard reports such as profitability reports, customer and supplier reports that can be run through the familiar environment of Microsoft Excel. These reports can be modified by anyone familiar with the basics of Excel
- Use Microsoft Excel to produce custom reports that analyse the data you have stored in OrderWise to produce meaningful reports for your business
