OrderWise Migration
Whether you are a prospective or existing OrderWise customer, a full OrderWise Migration service will be included as a part of your purchased OrderWise package. OrderWise Migration allows you to work alongside one of our Coordinators to ensure that all of the necessary stages are completed to create a seamless transition into using your new system.
Moving to a new Business Management System requires careful planning and involves a lot of preparatory work. Most businesses find the strain of running day-to-day operations at the same time as arranging the installation of a new system almost impossible to cope with. This is where your Coordinator can help; by guiding you through the preparatory stages we can help you make the transition as smooth as possible. As you continue with the day to day running of your business, your Coordinator will work with you:

Arranging appropriate training dates, and ensuring that the chosen dates fit in with your current commitments - such as staff holidays or busy periods for your company.

Liaising with your nominated OrderWise Trainer and ensuring that they understand exactly how your company works. By asking you to fill in a carefully designed Company Procedures Questionnaire we will be able to analyse your business process and work out how OrderWise should best be configured to fit your business needs - systematically building up a clear understanding of exactly how you will use the system. Your nominated Trainer will create an individually tailored Training Schedule for your company. This will ensure that all aspects of your specific business needs are covered.

Once we know how you'll be using OrderWise, your Coordinator will begin the process of setting up your data. Your Coordinator will spend time within the OrderWise system, configuring and tailoring it to your requirements. They will also deal with the importation of your customer, supplier and product data - which can mean several days work, depending upon the nature of the data and the amount to be imported.

As part of your migration you will be asked to complete a Technical Assessment. This will be used to identify any potential issues with your existing hardware and network setup. In the unlikely event that there are any issues, we will be able to advise you on the appropriate course of action, allowing you time to resolve any issues prior to implementing the system.

Your dedicated Coordinator and Trainer will be available for you to speak to regarding your data, your use of the system or simply to address any questions or concerns you may have.
