As readers of our Spring Newsletter may remember, Kevin Austin recently returned to the OrderWise Support Team with special responsibility for Automated Import. Now fully reacquainted with OrderWise, along with providing first class support to our customers,  Kevin’s role involves developing the scripts which enable web sites and OrderWise to communicate with each other.
With more and more business being conducted via the internet, the OrderWise Automated Import Module allows an e-commerce web site to communicate with OrderWise systems.  This enables companies to embrace online technology and reap the additional benefits this medium provides (there is no limitation to what time of day orders can be placed online for example), whilst utilising OrderWise’s strengths to efficiently process orders and keep a hold on stock control.
